📢 Message from the Owner

Even if a rule is not explicitly listed, common sense is expected at all times. Failure to use common sense may result in additional restrictions being added for everyone.

Remember, this is a video game have fun, but take your roleplay seriously while you’re in the server.

📘 Section 1: Discord Rules

• 1.1 Community Conduct

All members must follow Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

No spamming, trolling, or toxic behavior.

Keep conversations within the appropriate channels.

Doxxing or sharing private/personal information is strictly prohibited.

• 1.2 Content Restrictions

No NSFW or sexually explicit content.

No excessive gore or shock content.

Advertising other servers, services, or products without owner permission is not allowed.

• 1.3 Voice & Text Chat

Push-to-talk or proper noise suppression is strongly encouraged.

No blasting music or using soundboards without consent.

All communication must remain respectful and relevant to the channel topic.

🚔 Section 2: General Roleplay Rules

• 2.1 Respect All Players & Staff

Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Treat all players and staff with maturity and respect, both in-game and on Discord.

• 2.2 Roleplay Comes First

You must remain in character (IC) at all times unless using an OOC channel or approved OOC command.

Metagaming (using OOC information IC) is not allowed.

Powergaming (forcing unrealistic actions on others) is prohibited.

FailRP (breaking immersion or realism) is not allowed.

Value of Life: Always value your life and the lives of others. React realistically to threats and danger.

• 2.3 New Life Rule (NLR)

If you die and respawn without proper medical treatment, you must forget the 30 minutes prior to your death.

You may not return to or interfere with the same scene after respawning for 1 hour.

• 2.4 No Cheating or Exploiting

Any use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or abuse of game mechanics will result in a permanent ban.

• 2.5 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to play on this server.

All characters must be 18+.

• 2.6 Forbidden Roleplay (Without Approval)

The following roleplay is not allowed unless explicitly approved by staff via ticket:

Rape RP (never allowed)

Suicide RP (never allowed)

Police Corruption RP (ticket approval required)

Doctor/EMS Corruption RP (ticket approval required)

Minor RP (never allowed)

🔫 Section 3: Criminal Roleplay Rules

• 3.1 Revenge RP

You may not hunt or retaliate against players purely for revenge after being incapacitated or respawning.

A new and valid RP reason is required to engage again.

• 3.2 Server Restart (“Storm”) Protection

No criminal activities (robberies, kidnappings, ambushes, etc.) 30 minutes before or after a server restart (“storm”).

This includes planning, initiation, or continuation of criminal RP.

• 3.3 Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Violence must be preceded by clear verbal RP escalation.

Give reasonable time for compliance.

Not all conflicts require weapons—escalation must make sense.

• 3.4 Gang Limits

Gang illegal activity size is currently unrestricted.

It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes to gang limits.

• 3.5 Hostages

NPCs/locals may not be used as hostages.

Law enforcement and EMS may not be taken hostage during robberies or heists.

• 3.6 Permanent Harm & Torture RP

Consent is mandatory.

Consent must be requested via /ooc.

The victim must confirm consent via /ooc.

• 3.7 Robbing

You must choose either robbing or killing, never both.

🎭 Section 4: Alternative Roleplay Rules

• 4.1 Erotic Roleplay (ERP)

ERP is permitted only in private and clearly appropriate locations.

Use /me actions and voice chat only.

ERP must remain discreet and respectful at all times.

• 4.2 Pregnancy & Family Roleplay

Medical characters may decline participation at any time.

The pregnant player decides the pregnancy length.

After birth:

The baby remains an off-screen character.

The baby may not be carried, shown, or roleplayed physically.

Babies may not be brought into cities.

Aging children unrealistically is prohibited.

• 4.3 Children

You must be at least 18 years older than your character’s child.

You must value the life of your unborn child at all times.
